Law of attraction - Why focusing on now is important to attract good luck ?

“ I did everything I needed to attract good luck and what I want based on law of attraction, and waited, waited , but nothing happened. Law of attraction doesn’t work !”

I often see this kind of comment .

They were waiting for something happen what they want most of the time, rather than focusing on the present.

And their “ waiting “ situation and “ waiting feeling“, and “ waiting emotion” attracted more waiting in their life.

Because everything what you imagine and think most of the time attracts , whether it‘s good or bad.

Universe doesn’t know it’s good or bad and it’s just bringing what you pictured and what you thought.

What you are experiencing in your life right now is coming from your thoughts and emotions.

In order to attract what you want as soon as possible, you have to get the feeling and emotion of you are having it right now, and when you are having it, there is only joy and happiness , you might feel relaxed or exciting and appreciate the things you are receiving.

You have to “ act “ as if you already have what you are wishing.

And “ live “ that feeling as best you can, until it’s attracted to you.

Freddie Mercury once said he always believed he was a star and acted the part, even when he wasn’t.
Once he became a star he said “ I always believed I was a star, the only difference now is, everyone seems to agree with me “.

Making the image in your mind and get excited about it or have strong positive emotion through the image you are seeing, this may be one of the fastest ways to get what you want, because your subconscious mind will always catch the strongest emotion whether it’s considered good or bad by your own beliefs.

Here is one of the strongest methods of law of attraction

1. Remove any blocks you are having about what you want to get.

My best recommendation is " Emotion code " and also " Core transformation".

Especially " Emotion code ". Because it’s the easiest way & fastest way to remove your block and will never return.

" Core transformation" is great, but it may take a little time to get it until you discover the key to connect to your part which is the cause of your block feeling. But once you could connect to the core, suddenly everything will start going well in your life and easily get what you wish to have.

* Emotion code

The Emotion Code

* Core Transformation

Core Transformation: Reaching the Wellspring Within

The EFT Manual

* Sedona method

The Sedona Method: Your Key to Lasting Happiness, Success, Peace and Emotional Well-Being

2. Meditation

By doing meditation, your subconscious mind will open the window to accept your feeling easily.

* Deep breathe 5 times.

When you inhale the air, imagine you are getting " fresh shining golden air "  into your body.

When you exhale the air, imagine you are getting rid of all the dark negative things from your body.

3. Order to Universe

Method 1. - Make an image and feel it.

Focus now, and think and imagine what you wish to have as if you are already having

So in order to attract what you want in your life, focus on what you wish to have as if you are already having right now.

These present thought will be attracted to you to make it happen.

Making your own dream vision map by putting many photo image in a board and looking at it as often as possible and imagine you already have it.

Method 2.-  Write down what you want on a paper ( or postcard or notebook or journal ,) like ordering what you want to Universe.

This is the point how you are writing and ordering to universe.

1. Write with the present sentence as if you are already having it.

I am ___

I have ____

2. Give appreciation at the end of the letter.

3. If you wrote it in a paper, put it in a special place, such as a special box.

4. Trust it , no doubt.

5. Keep secret about it.

6. Forget about it.

This means no think about your wish for a while, and it doesn’t mean you gave up.
By doing this, you don’t need to think about it too much and it may bring you unnecessary emotion and feeling when it doesn’t happen soon, and fear of emotion may appear.

Most of the case, it works by doing this.

If you have block about thing you wish to have, for example money, or relationship which was brainwashed while growing up or coming from your past experience, you will need to remove the block first before you do all the affirmation to attract what you want.

The most important thing is “ 100% belief “ , and confident.
You deserve to receive what you want.

There are many more interesting methods which was tested by many people and worked well, and I will write many more methods , but good to pick one method which you feel comfortable to do it and do it until you get it.

Depending on your frequency level, you may get it within a week or less.

Some people attract what they want within 3 months, or 6 months or 1 year or 2 within 2years.

But just keep doing it as your daily habit.

And something will be starting to change your life.

101 Ways to be Happy | Travel Blog - Tripbase

Do you want to be happy?

Of course you do, who doesn’t?!

Here are 101 easy ways to achieve a better, happier life!

It’s not things that make us happy but our experiences.
Travel can have a profound effect on us by taking us out of our comfort zones and opening our eyes to some of the different places and lives that were unknown to us.

It’s also just fun! We’re obviously big fans of travel, but what else can make you happy?

Read on for 101 ways to change your life for the better:

1) Travel when you can. Travel can open your eyes to the world and offer a fresh new perspective.

2) Take a weekend trip. If you haven’t got the funds for a jaunt to Paris, no matter. Even a weekend or day long break from home can make you happier.

3) Spend time by the ocean. There’s nothing like sand between your toes and fresh sea air.

4) Go camping. Commune with nature closer to home—the food will taste better and you’ll sleep deeper in the great outdoors.

5) Go skydiving. Face your fears and reap the benefits of this exhilarating extreme sport—you’ll be euphoric for weeks.

6) Go stargazing. Find a spot relatively free of unnatural light and marvel at the beauty of the night sky.

7) Sit in front of a beautiful view. Find a spot close by with a nice view that you can visit when you need a break.

8 ) Make enough money to meet your basic needs. Studies have shown that anything beyond that amount will not necessarily make you happier.

9) Avoid financial hierarchies. For a new job, choose a place where everyone makes a similar amount. People feel better when they feel equal to their co-workers.

10) Find satisfaction in the job you have. Don’t expect to find one job that will make you happy—instead focus on the positive aspects of your work instead of blaming a job for your unhappiness.

11) Take initiative at work. You’ll gain professional respect, self-fulfillment and feel more in control in the workplace.

12) Keep plants in your workspace. The LA Times found that employees who decorate their office space are more satisfied with their jobs.

13) Bake cookies and bring them to work. You’ll enjoy the baking and making your co-workers happy.

14) Get enough sleep. Sleeping for 8 hours per night can elevate your mood and better prepare you to greet the day.

15) Take vitamin C. Keeping your immune system happy will keep you happy.

16) Laugh out loud. Laughing releases endorphins and lowers levels of stress hormones.

17) Cook with more garlic. Garlic not only adds delicious flavor to meals, it also keeps blood pressure down to keep you relaxed and healthy.

18) Get more fresh air. Fresh air is invigorating and alters the levels of serotonin in your brain—the stuff that makes you happy!

19) Eat more foods with tryptophan. It has an amino acid needed to make serotonin, the chemicals that make you happy. Try more bananas, dairy products and poultry.

20) Work out. Exercising can not only make you feel better about yourself, it also releases endorphins in your body to give you a natural high.

21) Eat chocolate. Besides releasing endorphins and stimulating serotonin production in your brain, chocolate releases phenylethylamine, the chemical that causes feelings of love.

22) Meditate. According to the Dalai Lama as well as several medical studies, meditation not only decreases stress, but also triggers a neurological response that makes you happy.

23) Do yoga. Learning to control your breathing through yoga practice helps you control your responses to stress and fear.

24) Get a massage. Besides its relaxing properties, the touch involved in massage creates warmth in your body and releases the chemical oxytocin—also known as the cuddle hormone.

25) Eat chickpeas (or other beans). Chickpeas have an amino acid that makes you happy, and beans keep your sugar levels steady throughout the day.

26) Have sex. Numerous studies show that a healthy sexual intimacy with a caring partner can have tremendous physical and emotional benefits.

27) Install more windows in your house. Getting enough exposure to the sun has been proven to be crucial to happiness and well-being.

28) Put full-spectrum lights in your home or office. If you live in a wintry climate that doesn’t get much sun, you can replicate the effect with light bulbs that mimic the sun’s rays.

29) Drink coffee. Studies in Brazil showed that people who drink coffee every day are less likely to suffer from depression. Coffee is the world’s most popular mood-enhancing drug, but remember to drink in moderation.

30) Eat more spinach. Popeye’s favorite green is packed with folic acid, an important vitamin that boosts serotonin production.

31) Eat foods high in Omega-3 fatty acids. Certain kinds of fish like salmon or sardines have Omega-3, which is known to elevate mood levels—high doses are even used to treat depression.

32) Eat more colorful fruits and vegetables. They contain antioxidants which help remove toxins from our bodies that cause stress and aging.

33) Put some strawberries in your breakfast. The smell of strawberries is known to invigorate and energize.

34) Drink hot mint tea. The scent of fresh mint is energizing and the steam will perk you up.

35) Smile. It takes fewer muscles to smile than it does to frown.

36) Make a grateful list. Focus on all the great things in your life to enhance feelings of joy and attract more good things.

37) Break outside your comfort zone. Being comfortable doesn’t make you happy—challenging yourself does.

38) Follow your gut. Most of the time your first instinct is not only correct, but the best choice.

39) Don’t regret your decisions. If it turns out you were wrong, don’t waste time worrying about it, instead make the next best decision and move forward.

40) Accept that you can’t be happy all the time. Focus on being content and the truly happiness will be all that much sweeter.

41) Try to see from others’ perspectives. Much of our unhappiness comes from our frustration with other people not understanding us. Try to imagine how they see the world and the frustration will ease.

42) Let the little things go. There’s no sense in wasting your energy and inhibiting your happiness by worrying about things you can’t change.

43) Make the decision to be happy. Happiness is an attitude, not a physical state.

44) Don’t take things personally. So often, anger and frustration directed at us is a result of someone else’s misplaced stress. Recognize that it’s not necessarily about you and you’ll remain calmer and happier.

45) Savor the small moments. People who take longer to enjoy small moments and then reflect on them later in the day show significant increases in happiness.

46) Avoid comparing yourself to others. It’s damaging to self-esteem—focus on your own achievements.

47) Make meaningful goals. Harvard scientists say humans need a sense of purpose to thrive and that people with dreams and aspirations are happier than those without.

48) Embrace spirituality. Research suggests that people who participate in a religious community or explore alternate sets of beliefs are happier and better adjusted in life.

49) Have a good cry when you need it. Allowing yourself to break down completely is cathartic and you’ll feel better after you let it all out.

50) Learn to forgive yourself. Focusing on your past mistakes serves no purpose besides keeping you from moving on.

51) Maintain perspective. When life starts to feel out of control, remind yourself of the positive things in your life and how lucky you are.

52) Define what happiness means for you. Don’t worry about what other people define as happy, find what makes you happy and go for it.

53) Stay close to friends and family. Moving far away from networks of support can take a toll on your level of happiness—even if you have moved in order to make more money.

54) Get a dog. The studies showing the positive effects man’s best friend can have on your psyche are numerous: better emotional and physical health and a wagging tail.

55) Give more hugs. Hugging releases the same chemical as massage and is always free!

56) Make time for your friends. Personal connections are so important and making even a little time to be with people who make you smile can keep you happy.

57) Make new friends. Meeting other people is exciting and finding a new person with whom to connect can only enhance your fulfillment.

58) Write thank-you notes. Expressing gratitude makes you and the recipient happy.

59) Call your mom. Or your dad, or your grandma or anyone you haven’t talked to in a while and surprise them with a chat.

60) Get a cat. If you’re not a dog person, cats make wonderful, loving, stress-reducing housemates and bed-warmers.

61) Cuddle up with someone you love. Enjoy time with your kids or your partner for instant happiness.

62) Babysit for a friend. Being around children’s infectious optimism is sure to boost your mood.

63) Hold a baby. They’re cute and cuddly and without a care in the world—you’ll feel instantly uplifted.

64) De-clutter. A clean home is a clean mind, and you’ll feel better in an orderly environment.

65) Donate to charity. Giving to those less fortunate than you will make you appreciate what you have.

66) Rent a comedy. Take an hour and a half out of your day for pure laughing entertainment and you’ll feel instantly boosted.

67) Watch If watching nonstop videos of playful kittens doesn’t lift your spirits, nothing will.

68) Take a nap. A quick power nap, especially on a sunny afternoon, is luxurious and will help you make it through the day.

69) Change one thing in your daily routine. You’ll stave off boredom and might discover something new that delights you.

70) Take a walk. Taking a quick walk, even just around the block can clear your mind and raise your mood.

71) Surround yourself with smells that make you happy. Smell is a much overlooked sense that greatly affects our mood—try a coconut shampoo that reminds you of a vacation or bake cookies that remind you of childhood.

72) Listen to upbeat music. Even just a few minutes of a hip-shaking tune gets your blood flowing and makes you feel more positive.

73) Set your alarm early on a day you know you get to sleep in. When you wake up you’ll get the pleasure of realizing that you don’t have to get out of bed—then rolling over for some more satisfying zzz’s.

How to Improve your personal life with self-awareness

To improve your self-awareness, you first need to concentrate on your past and emotions.

  • How did you get where you are at now and how can you get to where you want to be in life.

  • Pulling up the resources in your mind will help you become acquainted with self.

  • A person needs to know and trust him or herself before they can trust others.

  • Don’t depend on the judgment of others, rather use your own judgment and it will make you feel like a new person.

  • You should always stop and think, so that you learn how to trust you and know who you are.

  • With the fast pace world we live in now you probably put many things aside and because you don’t have time.

  • Take time for yourself and think about it before you do.

  • When looking back on you life look for the things that made you the way you are today.

  • Try working on a positive attitude in order to become completely yourself and get that self-awareness back.

  • Start doing things that make you happy and successful.

  • Bring happiness to yourself and others, it will make you feel good and bring joy to your life. When you are happy you’ll have less stress as well.

  • Try to rediscover yourself by writing a journal.

  • Write about how you feel, what you want in life; record it all, write the results as you progress.
This will help you decide what is important and what isn’t.

  • Knowing what is important and what isn’t will bring out the value in you. Knowing your values in life are the key to self-awareness and your personal growth and happiness will bet better as each day goes by.

  • Set some goals and deadlines on when you want to have them accomplished.

  • Take action right away allowing you to learn and be flexible. With an open mind study and learn from other people.

  • Finding someone to support you in your goals and to listen when you need to talk about where you want to go will help make them easier.

  • You will have to change the way you have done in the past; you learn by mistakes and you don’t want them to happen again.

You want new results and you can do that if you do the mistakes over again. You will grow as a person once you build your self-awareness.

You will accept yourself and others you’ll become more self reliant and motivated.

When your self-awareness grows you, will benefit more as a person and become more successful in whatever you want to do in your life.

Happy people are generous and giving.

Give as much of yourself as you can and than push to give more.

The more you give the better it will make you feel and you’ll be able to forget the rough and hard times.

Take It Easy - How to have a happy life

Do you remember your childhood days?

During those times, nothing yet seemed complicated .

We didn’t care about the things we didn’t know because we were just too oblivious of the things that might bother us.

But as we grow older, we get anxious with the things that surround us – life and death, loving and parting, success and failure, to name a few.

We find that almost everyday, we are obliged to be concerned about people or events.

Nevertheless, always keep this in mind: Don’t take things as if they are responsible for the way you feel.

Events or situations do not trouble you.

How you look at them does.

If you miss those carefree days, you just have to look back at how you used to view things then, and you will know what to do now.

Here’s a guide to make sure you won’t lose your way:

Cherish the simple things:

* Trust in the power of a smile or laughter, a kiss or a hug.

* Believe in kindness, honesty, dreams, and imagination.

* Living positively is the first step to becoming happy.

* Laugh at your mistakes.

* Surround yourself with what you love.

* Get a pet.

* Retain film moments as keepsakes.

* Keep away from those that drag you down.

If that high-paying job makes you sulk at the thought of having to go to work, find a job you like first before quitting.

If some people try to force you to comply even if you think of doing otherwise, stay away from their company.

* Don’t put off. Go on that trip. You’ll never know the extent of your life.

* Do something, while you can.

* Don’t push yourself too hard trying to please everyone. You just can’t. And it never seems to be worth it anyway.

* When you want to make somebody’s day, start with your loved ones.

* Keep fit. Be that attractive person you always picture yourself to be.

* Cherish your health. It’s the best way of showing you are putting your best face forward.

* Do not assume.

* Don’t worry about not getting the job you want because you might mess up at the interview.

* Alter your way of thinking. When you’re being ridiculed, criticized , or condemned for past mistakes, put on deaf ears.

* Don’t believe everything you hear. You know yourself better than everybody else does.

* Never wallow in self-pity.

Remember :
Don’t get upset over things just because it’s how most people would react when faced with the same situation.

When you find yourself being negative – angry, down, jealous, etc. – you also unknowingly drain your energy and enthusiasm.

You just have to try keeping these negative feelings at bay, because giving in to these emotions may make you unreasonable, and you might end up making bad decisions.

Happiness is always in your grasp.

You can attain it, believe it.

Law of attraction - 7 ways to attract what you desire faster

The whole idea of the law of attraction is to be a co creator with universe in manifesting the things that are deepest to your heart.

When you use the law of attraction in the right way you can experience manifesting your desires at a much faster rate than you ever would have had you not made the effort to use it correctly.

You can use the law of attraction to manifest faster results by taking the following steps.

1. Be Grateful Now

Gratitude can dramatically change your life but best of all it gets the law of attraction to give you more of what you are feeling grateful and happy for.

When you are feeling frustrated and down the law of attraction gives you more reasons to feel down.

You manifest more situations that make you feel unhappy.

So as the first rule to manifesting faster results begin to see all the things in your present life that you are grateful for no matter how simple it is.

2. Speak of It

It may seem strange at first when you learn of the law of attraction to imagine your desires as if they are already here.

In reality all things are already created. The moment a thought is conceived you have started attracting it into your reality.

The more you speak of that thought the stronger it becomes and the faster it moves into your state of being. Think of a child who becomes eager about the thing he or she wants.

See how eager they are about it?

They look up pictures about it, they speak about what they will do when they get it. They don’t worry about how or when it will come, they just know and above all they are excited about it.

Speak with joy about what will come into your life because your words and thoughts about it feeds that creation and brings it to you faster.

3. Surround Yourself With The Things You Desire

You maybe asking, how can I surround myself with the things that I want if I don’t have it?

It may not be yours at the moment but you can imagine yourself in the environment and among the people who are closely linked to the things you desire.

The successful application of the law of attraction depends on you already being in that energy of what you want.

It is up to you to create the state that you want to attract and you do so by being among the things that you want until it is fully yours.

The law of attraction will give you quite easily what you bring into your focus, whether you are speaking of it or observing it. You get more of what you surround yourself with.

4. Let Go!!!

Let go of what you want.

Yes, let it go.

Know that you desire to experience a particular thing but don’t hold on out of fear of doubt.

The more you cling on to the needing or wanting feeling the more disastrous your manifesting will be.

You will only succeed in feeling more needy.

Allow yourself to feel full and confident.

Those who understand how the universe and the laws of attraction work easily understand the power of their intention and don’t feel stress or needy.

They create and know that the law of attraction is working for them and what they create will soon manifest.

They create then let go and move into the state of receiving.

There is a great paradox that comes with letting go because a very large part of manifesting requires that you give a lot of focus to your desire but there is a delicate balancing act of focus without feeling needy or being clingy.

5. Learn to Receive

To activate the law of attraction you must move into the state of receiving.

This is something most people cannot do.

Many people say that they want certain things but few people know how to receive those things that they are asking for.

Most people feel doubtful or unworthy about what they want.

Deep within they feel that they do not deserve nor will they get what they are asking for.

Those tiny feeling of unworthiness are giant blocks in the manifesting process and can only serve in destroying what you are hoping to attract.

The law of attraction is a science that takes you deep into your inner nature and allows you to see where you are feeling disconnected as a co-creator with God and the universe.

Become worthy and allow yourself to receive.

6. Become Worthy Now

Become worthy by recognizing that you can manifest anything that you want because you are Gods and Goddesses.

You deserve to manifest what you want because you will use it in positive ways. When you use the law of attraction to manifest a better life you are in the flow and in a better state of adding value to the world.

The faster you can feel worthy of what you desire to manifest the faster it will come.

One of the biggest blocks in manifesting is the feeling of unworthiness that most people feel. God wants you to have, the universe is great enough and there is more than enough for you and everyone else. You are worthy!.

7. Give What You Desire Most

You may not have all the money in the world for yourself but you do have something of value and that thing which is of value to you may be in scarce supply to someone else.

Give to others and you will be stunned and amazed by how fast the law of attraction will manifest abundance in your life.

There is a natural flow in the universe and in order to manifest more you must also be in the flow of giving.

Give to others as long as you do not give more than you can.

There are many flawed concepts of giving more than you have, this is very faulty.

Give only what you can, never ever deplete yourself.

Give what makes you feel happy to give.

Give with love on a regular basis but also be aware of conserving your own and the law of attraction will bless you by bringing to you much more than you give.

As you give you will get and you will manifest much more than you could ever have imagined and much faster too.

The Law of Attraction - Does it really work ?

Very often people ask, “Why is the law of attraction so hard to apply to my life?”

Perhaps you are one of the many people who feel a bit frustrated by the results you are getting.

Most people believe that attraction begins and ends with negative or positive thoughts.

While your thoughts do matter there is more to the attraction process and much more to understand about the nature of thought.

You see negative and positive thoughts do have a charge.

A negative thought has a much weaker charge than a higher more positive thought.

Success with the law of attraction depends on you having higher thoughts
not simple because they affirm what you want to attract but because the higher your over all thought frequency the higher your attraction.

For most people it is quite hard to elevate their thought vibration to a higher more powerful frequency.

365. Happy New Year!

It’s not as easy as simply saying,

“Today, I am going to think positive thoughts.”

After many years of thinking in a negative way a persons over all frequency is quite low and it will take a little extra to change that over all frequency.

The lower your frequency the harder it is for you to actually attract what you want.

The law of attraction will simply keep you at the same level where you presently are.

One or two positive thoughts will not automatically make you a magnet for attracting what you want.

There are many ancient practices that can help in shifting a persons over all frequency to astonishingly higher levels very easy and in a matter of minutes.

Often we turn away from teachings that are foreign to us but the reality is, if you want to change your life you must be willing to do things differently from the way you have always done it.

You must be willing to be open in order to maximize your understanding of the law of attraction and your ability to manifest what you want.

What would you be willing to do to finally attract what you want easily?
